Description
Each Me B12 sublingual tablet contains: Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 5mg (5000 μg).
Action
Me B12 contains Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin), which is an active form of Vitamin B12 and a form of Vitamin B12 used in the body. Sublingual Me B12 is a convenient and effective form of Vitamin B12 supplementation. It helps the body metabolise proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Vitamin B12 is involved in the production of energy in the body, is required for red blood cell formation, and is an essential growth factor. Vitamin B12 is involved in cell growth and replication, supports healthy cellular function, is involved in DNA synthesis, supports normal/healthy nervous function, is required for the synthesis of myelin (the insulation around nerves), supports normal/healthy cardiovascular function, and is involved in immune function and cellular immunity.
Strict vegetarians and vegans may have an increased risk of Vitamin B12 deficiency.
Indications/Uses
Me B12 helps prevent and treat Vitamin B12 deficiency, and helps in the improvement of general well-being.
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tablet daily with meal, or as advised by the healthcare practitioner. Place 1 tablet of Me B12 in the mouth, under the tongue, and let it dissolve. No water required.
Warnings
If symptoms persist, consult the healthcare practitioner. Vitamins supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains glucose.
